MHS introduces community heating — with a plus

The Nexus module from MHS Boilers uses hot water from central plant to deliver independent heating and hot-water services to apartments without the need for individual boiler plant. The availability of heating and hot-water is controlled by occupants. Nexus modules are wall-hung and include a heat meter from Siemens Building Technologies that can be monitored remotely via an M-Bus system. These modules are 505 mm high, 430 mm wide and 180 mm deep.
