Energy-efficient boiler plant from Viessmann forms part of a major refurbishment of the Royal Festival Hall.
As part of the 3-year renovation of the Royal Festival Hall in London, the heating system is being modernised. The work includes the replacement of existing aged boilers with four Viessmann Vitoplex 300 boilers of 1750 kW output and an efficiency of 85%. The lead boiler has flue-gas heat exchangers to further improve operating efficiency, and they are all fired with Weishaupt burners.
