Safe lamp recycling for Vodafone

lamp recycling
Mercury Recycling has been awarded a contract to collect and recycle end-of-life lamps from 40 Vodafone premises across the UK. Mercury’s specially-designed Lampsafe containers are located on site for the safe storage and transportation of used lamps. Lampsafe ensures simple and straightforward compliance with the new Landfill and WEEE Directives. The weatherproof containers are manufactured from recycled material and can hold up to 150 x 6 ft T8 fluorescent tubes, or 300 x 3 ft tubes or 450 x 2 ft tubes. Each container is supplied with security strapping and high-visibility safety labelling.
