Voice sounders broadcast in two languages

High-output Maxi Fire-Cryer voice sounders from Vimpex for voice evacuation from St James’s Wholesale Market in Bradford make announcements in both Urdu, the first language of many workers at the site, and English. The need for two languages was specified by engineers with Bradford City Council Local fire-systems company Rosse Systems developed this solution with Vimpex using high-output sounders to give the required coverage The installation includes 10 Maxi Fire-Cryers, each with three messages in both languages. They have an output of 116 dB(A) and are in fully weatherproof enclosures
