A Simmtronic one-two

A fully addressable Cat A backbone scheme to control lighting in these two buildings near Regent’s Park in London is being supplied by Simmtronic.
Simmtronic is to supply its SPECS3 lighting-control system for two commercial office buildings being developed by British Land in London. They are Regent’s Place One and Regent’s Place Two on the 45 500 m2 mixed-use development on the west side of Regent’s Park. Electrical contractor T. Clarke Plc commissioned Simmtronic to supply the shell-and-core control and a fully addressable Cat A backbone scheme on the tenants’ floors ready for future tailoring to their requirements. This Cat A scheme is being installed to DALI protocol with DALI automatic testing of emergency lighting and one luminaire per port to eliminate the need for sub-addressing. Simmtronic has completed more than 700 commercial projects, providing future-proof, fully addressable lighting-control systems and has supplied many of the largest DALI projects to date.
