Low Carbon Energy Assessor’s triple qualification

CIBSE Certification has announced that Low Carbon Energy Assessor David Cocking, director of Arrow Energy Solutions, has achieved accreditation in all three non-domestic strands of building certification. He is now trained and accredited to produce EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates) and DECs (Display Energy Certificates) and carry out inspections of complex air-conditioning systems. David Cocking says, ‘I’m delighted to gain accreditation in all three strands as it enables me to offer a “one-stop shop” to my clients.’
