Amtech acquires TSI Luckins

Amtech Group has acquired TSI Luckins, a market leader in data services and pricing information. TSI Luckins will join the Power software, Estimation and NES brands already in the Amtech Group. The acquisition of TSI Luckins will enable further integration of pioneering technologies across software products in the group, bringing even greater functionality and productivity enhancements. Amtech Group managing director Mark Tindall (pictured) says, ‘The addition of TSI Luckins will ensure that we continue to provide leading-edge data solutions that give users real competitive advantage.’
