Whole-house ventilation unit is small and highly efficient

The HRV1 Q Plus compact whole-house ventilation system from Titon has been tested by the BRE and is EST Best Practice compliant. It measures just 600 x 430 x 285 mm and is suitable for properties with a kitchen and up to five wet rooms. It has a heat exchanger with an efficiency of up to 91% and is described as having very low power consumption. Its technical specifications can be found at www.partf.co.uk.
