Armstrong chiller packages use oil-free compressors

Armstrong chiller
A chilled-water integrated plant package from Armstrong has an average annual COP of 7.3 and covers cooling capacities from 500 to 3600 kW. This COP is not just for the chiller but for the entire system. Other benefits are the potential to reduce plant-room footprint by 65% and those of off-site manufacture. IPP-CHW packages use less energy because they use an all-variable fully automated system based on Armstrong’s integrated plant controller, which uses Hartman loop control methodology. The packages include Armstrong vertical inline 4300 pumps and Quantum chillers with oil-free compressors.
