Smith’s brings style to Volvo car showroom
Heating for this new Volvo showroom in Barnstaple is provided by ceiling-mounted fan convectors from Smith’s Environmental Products.
As part of the conversion of a car workshop to a new showroom for Volvo dealer Kastner in Barnstaple, Smith’s Environmental Products has supplied five energy-efficient SkylineCT18 fan convectors.They were installed by G. J. Strong Ltd.
There are large areas of full-height glazing in the showroom, so radiators could not provide a satisfactory solution. The Skyline fan convectors are mounted on the suspended 2.9 m-high ceiling. Skyline fan convectors are describ ed as suitable for large offices, showrooms, shops, factories or leisure centres that require a larger-than-usual heat output. They are available as hydronic or electric models with output of up to 5.5 kW.
