Calorex technical centre gives heat-pump support and training

Calorex
Fully working models of ground-source and air-source heat pumps are a feature of the Calorex heat-pump technology centre.

The heat-pump technology centre of Calorex Heat Pumps at Maldon in Essex is equipped with fully working ground- and air-source systems. The centre provides a complete overview of heat-pump technology and its application to buildings.

An important function of the centre is to provide practical guidance and hard information on heat pumps based on Calorex’s 30 years of experience.

Specifiers and end users can discuss possible projects from an early stage with Calorex staff and understand how heat-pump systems can be designed to deliver their full savings potential.

Installers can be trained on installation and system design using the fully working machines in the centre.

The centre will also provide hands-on and theoretical training for designers and installers on design and fitting to ensure the successful application of heat pumps.
