The latest refurbishment of a listed building in Cornwall includes Hamworthy wall-hung condensing boilers.

The latest refurbishment of the building housing Caradon District Council in Liskeard, Cornwall, includes four Milborne wall-hung condensing boilers from Hamworthy Heating. Luxstowe House is a listed 3-storey building and former vicarage. It became home to the council in the 1970s, which chose Hamworthy for this project because of previous experience of the company’s products.

The boilers have a total output of 400 kW and were installed by Applied Pipework Services. The consultants for the project were GPJ Consulting Engineers of Camborne.
