Diffusion expands product range

Diffusion, which makes fan coils and commercial heating, has concluded a deal with the administrators of Benson Environmental to acquire certain assets and intellectual property, along with a number of live projects. Diffusion has acquired extra space at its Surrey factory to accommodate the extra work and new product lines.

Leigh Stimpson, managing director at Diffusion , says, ‘The acquisition of certain intellectual property rights has increased our product offering to include air handlers, twin-fan extract units and heat-recovery products.

‘This will complement a soon-to-be-acquired range of grilles and chillers. We expect to be able to offer complete packaged to our customers before the Autumn.’
