Plumb Center moves into solar water heating

Plumb Center offers a cost-effective range of unvented mains-pressure water heaters can be used with solar energy to save as much as 60% of the energy used with traditional water-heating systems. CenterStore Solar can be used with the wide range of solar systems available in the UK. The solar coil at the base of every twin-coil CenterStore Solar cylinder is specially designed to maximise heat input and efficiency from the solar energy.

They are available with capacities from 190 to 300 litres and have a back-up immersion heater for days when there is not sufficient solar energy. They come with a 2-year guarantee on electrical components, excluding the effects of scale, and a 25-year guarantee on the stainless-steel vessel.
