Winner of the Modern Building Services prize draw — David Beattie of SES Prism

David Beattie, development manager with SES Prism is the winner of our prize draw for readers registering to receive free monthly copies of Modern Building Services. He chose the track driving experience from Red Letter Days.

When we told him of his success, he reacted, ‘I don’t get many calls that don’t involve more work! And it’s a first for me actually winning a prize.’

Prism is SES’s in-house offsite manufacturing division and lies at the heart of SES’s ‘build-before-you-build’ strategy. David Beattie says, ‘As well as meeting the “green” objectives of the client, the benefits of pre-fabrication are now widely recognised throughout the construction industry — such as improved installation periods, quality, site safety and reduced waste.’
