Air-handling units

Ciat Ozonair, air-handling units

Ciat Ozonair’s Floway range of dual-flow air-handling units comprises classic (pictured), vertical and ceiling-mounted units. They meet the environmental requirements of ISO 14001 and the performance criteria of BREEAM. The three models in the range are each available in 16 sizes with independent intelligent control for plug-and-play operation.

The fan-motor assembly has a speed-controlled HEE motor with an efficiency of over 90% and a sound level of 80 dB. F5, F7 and F8 filter cells have very low pressure drops, giving greater efficiency and extended filter life.

Two high-efficiency heat-recovery systems are available. Vertical and ceiling-mounted units use counterflow plate heat exchangers with bypass. The classic model has a variable-speed thermal wheel. The performance of both systems is sized for a pressure drop of less than 150 Pa per airflow and an efficiency of over 80%.

Floway AHUs also offer free-cooling functions.
