Adjustable pipe clamp can do job of 11 pipe rings

Gripple, pipe clamp

Gripple has devised a adjustable clamp that can do the job of 11 differently sized traditional pipe rings. It can withstand temperatures from -40 to 110°C and support pipes for hot and cold water, heating and gas.

The idea came from an employee of Gripple, applying knowledge acquired in a previous job with a manufacturer of pipe clamps. It won for him the company’s latest innovation challenge, for which he was presented with a trophy and £500.
