Daikin adds to its range of ceiling cassette FCUs

Daikin Europe has introduced two new series of 600 and 900 mm-square ceiling cassette fan-coil units for 2- and 4-pipe installations. Cooling capacities range from 2 to 5.4 kW with heating from 2.9 to 6.9 kW for the FWF series. The FWC series provides cooling from 6 to 8.9 kW and heating from 8 to 12.1 kW.

Both series include substantial advantages over earlier FWF and FWC models, including improved performance, more stylish design, compatibility with a wide range of controls. There are also numerous accessories such as fresh-air intake kit, more comfortable air discharge and flow pattern, and condensate drain pump as standard. Each type comes with a decoration panel in RAL9010 white.

The FWC-B models now have high-efficiency DC motors using up to 75% less power than comparable 900 mm-square units with AC motors and a roundflow decoration panel producing uniform air flow and room-temperature distribution.
