Houses of Parliament services receive an update
A review of the building services for the Houses of Parliament is being undertake by S. I. Sealy Associates for the Parliamentary Estates Directorate. The project will see M&E plant updated and refurbished over the next four years. The company will also carry out a review of the designs of this refurbishment, which will include chilled-water systems, steam infrastructure, electrical low-voltage infrastructure systems and high-voltage substations, ventilation, building-management systems and ICT infrastructure.
