Sudlows acquires York Technology Group

Sudlows, which specialises in the design and building of data centres has acquired York Technology Group, a leading national provider of information communication technology (ICT) solutions and services. The operation will be consolidated into the Sudlows services offering, with director Ben Lavelle joining the Sudlows team as head of the expanded connectivity division. Combined revenues of the expanded team are expected to exceed £15 million.

Chris Dummett, commercial director with Sudlows, said, ‘By brining together out complementary skills, we will be in an excellent position to deliver intelligent building infra-structures and, more importantly, a competitive service to all our customers.’
