Legrand ladders in 3D

Legrand, Swift, cable ladder, cable tray

Legrand’s Swifts cable-ladder and cable-tray system have been integrated into Intergraph’s PDS and SmartPlant 3D engineering software systems, enabling design teams to produce accurate and efficient cable-management routing schemes, plans and procurement lists as part of a fully integrated overall plant design.

PDS is a comprehensive, intelligent computer-aided design/engineering (CAD/CAE) application for plant design, construction and operations. It is production driven and helps EPCs and owner/operators deliver the best design possible — and do it more efficiently to reduce the total installed cost of the project.

SmartPlant 3D is the most advanced member of Intergraph’s SmartPlant family of plant-modelling software. It incorporates a full suite of complementary software that provides all the capabilities needed to design a plant and keep it as-built throughout its life cycle.
