Removing boiler condensate

Grundfos, condensate pump, condensing boiler

Pre-assembled lifting stations for removing condensate from boiler plant have been development by Grundfos. Conlift operates automatically when condensate enters the collection tank and is available in several versions.

Conlift 1 and 2 have an integrated NC/NO contact and cable so that if a high water level is detected, the boiler can be switched off. Conlift 2 also includes an acoustic alarm in case of high water and a selector switch with additional options.

Conlift 2 pH+ has an additional unit to neutralise condensate with a pH of less than 2.5. The granulate supplied will raise the pH of the condensate, reducing the risk of damage to drainage.

These compact units can be installed on a wall or on the floor.
