Hamworthy Heating offers a range of maintenance services for commercial heating systems that range from pay as you go, without a contract, through to Enhanced, Premium and the complete Peace of Mind package. Customers looking to choose a level that suits them can decide whether to include discounted replacement parts, interim services visits based on plant usage and priority breakdown cover.
As a standard, Hamworthy offers a 2-year warranty that can be extended up to five years and to include parts and labour if commissioning and a Peace of Mind service contract is taken out with the company. The warranty can be transferred to the ultimate plant owner, who may be the end user or the building operator.
Regular servicing is carried out by Hamworthy’s team of trained and approved engineers who are familiar with the company’s products.
