The Max range of powerful air curtains from JS Air Curtains is designed for warehouses and factory doorways. These air curtains can seal large entrances with an invisible barrier of air that prevents cold air entering while the doorway is open and in use, helping to maintain a comfortable temperature and reduce heating costs.

Each metre of air curtain can deliver 6764 m3/h, enabling them to seal doorways up to 8 m high when mounted horizontally above an entrance or 16 m wide when mounted vertically to the sides. When stacked vertically , Max is suitable for any height of doorway.

The heavy casing is made of double-chamber aluminium profiles and galvanised-steel panels. Lengths range from 1.2 to 3.5 m. Standard colour is white (RAL 9016), with any RAL colour available on request.

Heating can be by electricity (up to 31 kW/m section) or a low-pressure-hot-water heat exchanger. With flow/return temperatures of 80/60°C, LPHW unit can provide up to 36 kW/m.

Low-noise axial fans are driven by an external-rotor motor with built-in thermal contact protection and providing 5-speed operation. There are no air filters, so these air curtains are maintenance free.

Adjustable aluminium blow-out vanes enable the air to be angled to provide the best possible seal across a doorway.
