Crabtree, cable management, Ethernet

Crabtree has introduced two ranges of cable-management products. They are they ComPak range of compact PVC trunking and accessories and the high-capacity MaxPak range. They fully meet the requirements for Car 5e, 6, 6a and 7 cables. They have a clean, unobtrusive style and an open-access design that provides full cable support during cabling for both top and bottom compartments.

Both ranges have truly flexible internal and external corners to cope with walls that are not 90° true. The corners also have ribbed inside supports to ensure cables are smoothly guided to prevent kinking and twisting affecting the performance of data cables without reducing capacity.

ComPak is claimed to have 30% more cabling capacity than other similarly sized data trunking systems.

MaxPak trunking is 65 mm deep and said to have over 10% more capacity than its nearest competitor.

Installation features include easy joining of two lengths or corners using the dowel pins supplied. For simplicity, the is only one flat angle or T piece to purchase, rather than different options for up and down.
