LED linear light source replaces fluorescents

Megaman, BAG, LED lamp

BAG Electronics has restructured its Astares range of linear LED light sources so that all standard applications for linear and plane lighting can be met with just four versions. Each model can be driven by 350 or 700 mA, enabling them to offer two light outputs.

Astares linear light sources can replace linear fluorescent tubes, either in new luminaires or retrofitting to existing modular recessed fittings. Light outputs range from 500 to 2200 lm in colour temperatures of 830 or 840 K.

These light sources offer a life of 50 000 h with no more than 10% failures, while maintaining at least 80% of lumen output during that time.

Astares linear light sources have push-in terminals with a release key. They incorporate electrical protection against miswiring.
