Pre-insulated district-heating pipe system

CPV, district heating, pre-insulated pipe

CPV’s Hiline Flex is a flexible pre-insulated pipe system that is designed for buried heat networks, such as district-heating applications. It comprises a cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa) service pipe encased in an efficient bonded layer of polyurethane-foam insulation, which is in turn protected by a corrugated green outer casing of LDPE.

It comes with outside dimensions from 25 to 160 mm with single and, in certain sizes, twin service pipes. Pipes are delivered in continuous rolls, with the exception of the largest size, to minimise jointing on site.

Suitable for continuous operating temperatures of up to 80°C, Hiline Flex is available with a wide range of joints, fittings and accessories.

CPV has a training centre at its factory in Hampshire for engineers, installers and supervisors.
