Super-fast service work for pizza restaurant

Synecore, contractor

Synecore has completed its second M&E contract for Pizza Union, its newly opened Kings Cross restaurant, in record time after a delay in the building works. This small chain of restaurants serves freshly made pizzas in a ‘superfast’ manner. The restaurants resemble a traditional Italian pizzeria with an edgy industrial look for its inner-city location.

Paul Thomas, Synecore’s managing director, says, ‘Pizza Union’s requirement for exposed utilities has become quite an area of expertise for us. It must be impeccably installed and, of course, suit the existing plant and room layouts, while allowing easy access for maintenance and servicing,’
