Oventrop delivers underfloor heating for apartment development

Oventrop, underfloor heating, space heating

Oventrop Projects Division has designed, supplied, installed and commissioned a 7300 m2 Cofloor underfloor heating system for a residential development in Battersea Village, London. Cobalt Place comprises 104 dwellings made up of contemporary apartments with one, two and three bedrooms and 4-bedroom townhouses.

The company was chosen by developer Lend Lease and contractor Cilantro Engineering UK to supply Regudis heat interface units and the complete underfloor heating installation — with the HIU, controls, manifold and heat meter all located in one neat cabinet.

Cobalt place is described as ‘combining the fun and friendliness of an urban village lifestyle with the inspiration of living in one of the world’s greatest cities’.
