Adcock adds to its accreditations

Adcock

Adcock Refrigeration & Air Conditioning has been accredited with ISO 9001 certification from The British Assessment Bureau for installation, service and maintenance of refrigeration and climate-control equipment. This accreditation is awarded to organisations that demonstrate that they have a quality-management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement which leads to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

The company has also recently gained OHSAS 18001 accreditation. It is designed to clarify an organisation’s impact on health-and-safety issues and show how they reduce the risk of accidents and any breach in legal requirements.

Managing director Nigel Claydon said, ‘Our primary aim is to deliver service excellence in all that we do, as well as keeping our staff and those around them, safe at all times. Investing in quality and people is what makes Adcock a leader in its field and an exceptional company to work for. It’s also why over 85% of our work is repeat business, a statistic which we are very proud of.’
