LJJ has been awarded the M&E installation for a new assisted-living scheme in Oswestry. Developed by housing association Wrekin Housing Trust, the scheme comprises 53 apartments with one and two bedrooms, eight bungalows, communal lounge and cafe facilities, and warden support.

Combi boilers in each bungalow will provide hot water and heating via LST radiators

In the apartments, heating will be provided by three gas-fired boilers in the ground-floor plant room. Hot water will be provided by two gas-fired water heaters.

LJJ will also install air-handling units on the roof-top plant deck for kitchen ventilation and air conditioning in communal areas.
