The ultimate in draught-free air conditioning?
Samsung’s Wind-Free air conditioning units deliver cold air through 21 000 micro holes in the front of the unit to achieve ‘still air’ in normal cooling mode. ASHRAE defines ‘still air’ as air currents at speeds below 0.15 m/s, which are not senses as cold draughts.
The AR95000M has a 2-stage cooling system which first reduces room temperature in fast-cooling mode and then automatically switches to Wind-Free cooling mode, with the potential to reduce energy consumption by up to 72% compared to fast cooling.
The triangle architecture has a wider inlet that enables more air to be drawn in at one, while the optimal width and angle of the outlet, extra V blades and large fan (72% larger than previous models) ensure air is cooled and expelled faster, further and wider.
These units are Wi-Fi enabled so they can be controlled from anywhere through Samsung’s Smart Home app.
