Pump motors meet IE5 standard

Grundfos MGE motors qualify for the IE5 classification for motor efficiency that came into effect on on 1 January 2017. these motors have ratings from 250 W to 22 kW. Selecting a pump with these motors will achieve a 10% energy savings and up to a 25% reduction in payback time.

MGE motors have integrated frequency converters and combine the accumulated pump experience of Grundfos into their dedicated control software. This combination of pump and customisable software optimises system performance of any load point.
