The OpenAir range of damper actuators from Siemens Building Technologies comprises a comprehensive range of energy-efficient, reliable and flexible devices. They are quick to install and have a very long services life. Torque ratings range from 2 to 35 Nm, combining high positioning forces with low-consumption motors.

The extensive OpenAir range guarantees a best-solution for the location and environmental challenges posed by HVAC installations.

Self-centring shaft adaptors help to minimise installation cost and eradicate the risk of mounting errors. Four recognised housing sizes cover all HVAC applications — including challenging installations such as air conditioning in trains.

Networks OpenAir VAV (variable air volume) controls have standardised and open communications protocols, so they can be installed in all systems — regardless of manufacturer. Adjustments can be made to VAV boxes quickly and easily.

Modbus-RTU-enabled models are easily integrated into existing systems, and wiring costs are minimised as there is no need for point-to-point wiring.
