Civils select Remeha boilers for refurb

Remeha, boilers, space heating

As part of a major refurbishment of the Institution of Civil Engineers headquarters in London, boiler plant that was nearly 30 years old has been replaced with two Remeha boilers to increase the efficiency of heating.

Following an invitation to tender, Remeha recommend the installation of one Gas 610 Eco Pro and one Gas 310 Eco Pro high-efficiency boiler.

With the boilers now fully operational, the institution expects to achieve energy savings in the region of 30 to 50%.

The small size of the new boiler has enabled the plant room to be rationalised for ease of maintenance in the future.
