HVAC manufacturing specialist Nortek is focusing on delivering excellent customer service now its UK brands have consolidated under the Reznor name.

Kevin Hartshorne, European sales and marketing director for Nortek says: “Quick response times to enquiries and fast deliveries for our increased stock range are just some of the new commitments we are going to deliver with a personal touch.”

Nortek is making four promises to its customers: 24-hour response to orders of non-stockable items; callbacks within 24 hours; 3-day delivery of stockable items; lifetime product support. Customers will be able to contact Nortek through numerous channels including the customer service desk, email, online and the new website.
