Underfloor heating gives final touch for luxury residential development

All 20 properties in a residential development in Andover have Even-Heat underfloor heating to serve all floors. Briars Croft in South Street is a development of 1-bedroom duplex apartments and 2- and 3-bedroom house and is just five minutes’ walk from the High Street. It is a development by Bridgewood Plc. During installation, loops of cross-linked polyethylene pipe with integral oxygen diffusion barrier were laid above a layer of insulation. Loop ends are terminated at discreetly located manifolds for connection to flow and return from individual boilers. After pressure testing, a final screed was applied.

More refrigerant bans possible, says government
