Wet underfloor heating system is only 25 mm deep

Ecomat
Wet underfloor heating can be provided in a depth of just 25 mm using Chelmer’s Ecomat with a self-levelling screed and special insulation board — making it ideally suited to the retrofit market. Its response time is 25 minutes. The Ecomat system comes with its own compact and versatile manifold and control system, so that it can be connected directly to an existing radiator system. If a system is connected to an Ecocat thermal store in a well insulated house, a heat pump could be run at 30°C to achieve a COP of 5. The Ecocat can also put solar energy directly into the underfloor heating system.
