Hotel room controller

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries has launched a simplified air-conditioning controller for hotel rooms. The RCH-E3 is based on the established RC-E3 controller, which has been proven with MHI’s VRF systems for some time.

Features of the hotel unit include easy-to-read LCD display and 2-wire installation — but only the functions that a hotel guest will need.

Guests can switch heating/cooling on and off and control fan speed. Their control of temperatures is restricted to 16 to 30°C. Room temperature can remain at the user’s setting or automatically reset to a predetermined level by the hotel’s building-management system. There is no timer.
