Flowcrete’s Isowarm underfloor heating has been chosen for the apartments at Highbury Square in London

Isowarm underfloor heating from Flowcrete has been installed in over 700 apartments in Highbury Square, the redevelopment of Arsenal Football Club’s former stadium. The apartments total 44 000 m2.

Alan Dean, sales director of Flowcrete, says, ‘With the cost-effective benefits of Isowarm — including possible energy savings of up to 24% compared to conventional radiator systems — it not only cuts fuel bills but also helps create a more sustainable environment.

‘The installation also frees up a considerable area that would normally be taken up with products such as radiators.’

Flowcrete managed the installation. Advance Screeding, a contractor approved by Flowcrete, applied Isocrete K-Screed, which is purpose designed to work with the Isowarm system.
