GE introduces smaller RCBOs

GE has introduced the space-saving Compact range of RCBOs (residual current breaker with overload protection) in response to the growing use of RCBOs for domestic and commercial applications. It is the same physical size as GE’s standard ElfaPlus range of modular MCBs, so it provides more cabling space in the consumer unit.

Compact RCBOs fit into all existing GE consumer units and 3-phase distribution boards. They can also be retrofitted to GE single-module RCBOs.

This new range is available in both A and AC types from 6 to 32 A in both B and C tripping characteristics, with or without a flying neutral lead.

More refrigerant bans possible, says government
