Solid Air expands UK operations

Solid Air, which makes air-conditioning and air-distribution products, is expanding its manufacturing and support operations with the opening of a new headquarters at Dunkeswell near Honiton in Devon. The new premises add 260 m2 of production space to the existing manufacturing operations in Exeter and doubles the office space.

Managing director Colin Green comments that despite the economic conditions of the last two years, the company is making more and more products in the UK.

The Altrincham office is closing in September, with all activities being relocated.
