Steam humidifier has very low maintenance requirements

HygroMatik, steam humidifier

HygroMatik has developed a new rinsing and scale-collecting system for its HeaterLine range of heater-type steam humidifiers, which makes possible extremely low maintenance.

During operation, minerals in the water are turned into scale deposits. The integrated rinsing system includes an eddy during the partial blowdown, so scale particles are whirled up and can be expelled by the powerful blowdown pump. Much less scale is collected in the filter, making it easier to maintain.

There are eight HeaterLine models with outputs from 6 to 90 kg/h.
