Major new features in Amtech 2012 software

Amtech has added major new features to its range of end-to-end software solutions. Enhanced packages include Extreme Estimating, ContractMaster, Service Manager and the Financial Suite.

To help electrical installers and specifiers comply with the 17th Edition of the Wiring Regulations Amendment 1 — BS7671:2008 (2011), Amtech’s FastTest Inspection & Testing software and ProDesign and SingleCable design software have been upgraded to reflect the changes.

WorkSmart, the entry -level estimating package for smaller contractors is now approved by ECA and Elecsa. This package can be used for producing estimates, pricing jobs and writing up invoices when working to a small scale and a tight budget.

For gas installers, the functionality of GasCert professional certification software has been extended with the inclusion of the CP6 Appliance Service & Maintenance certificate.

As part of a major promotion, selected 2012 software versions will be supplied as free upgrades with any purchase of their current-version software.
