Inviron wins GMC maintenance contract

Inviron, maintenance

Inviron has won the contract to maintain most of the General Medical Council’s buildings in the UK. The GMC is the independent regulator for doctors in the UK, and the contract involves M&E and building-fabric maintenance for two buildings in Manchester and one each in Belfast, Edinburgh and London.

Richard Mahomed, operations manager with Inviron, says, ‘This is a significant contract with a highly respected organisation. The buildings in Manchester and London are both manned full-time, whilst the other sites will be covered by a team of mobile engineers.’

In 2009, Inviron completed the M&E fit-out of the GMC’s Manchester office in Hardman Street (pictured).
