Prefabricated heating is faster to install

Potterton Commercial, prefabricate heating module, boiler, space heating

Potterton Commercial’s Paramount MB modular prefabricated condensing heating solution significantly reduces downtime for existing buildings and reduces installation time. The concept is suitable for new and existing plant rooms and delivered preprepared in individual modules. A system includes condensing boilers, pumps, pressurisation system and heating controls.

Paramount MB is ready for ‘plug-and-play’ installation, reducing the time between delivery and order by up to 40%. An existing installation can be stripped out and the new system installed and commissioned in three to five days, compared with three to five weeks for installing a system on site. Modules are designed to pass through a standard doorway.

Outputs range from 60 to 690 kW.
