Commercial burners from Ecoflam

Elco’s Nextron range of monoblock commercial burners has outputs from 250 kW to 11.2 MW and is available in the UK through sister company Ecoflam. This range is available for gas, light oil and oil/gas.

‘Free-flame’ technology achieves low NOx levels in all types of combustion chamber, including 3-pass and reverse-pass boilers.

Gas and dual-fuel burners have Class 3 emissions (less than 80 mg/kWh). The light-oil range is Class 2 (less than 120 mg/kWh).

Maintenance features include the ability to completely remove the combustion head without having to remove the burner from the boiler or disconnect the gas train.

Noise levels are less than 75 dB(A) for models up to 5 MW, so there is no need for large sound-proofing boxes.

The control panel provides fault diagnostics such are the cumber of lock-outs, flame signal and mains voltage.
