SuperFlush reduces maintenance for HygroMatik humidifiers

HygroMatik, humidifier, humidification, relative humidity

HygroMatik’s SuperFlush system for rinsing cylinders in its electrode and resistive humidifiers protects from the build up of scale and can double or triple the cylinder working time between service intervals. The steam cylinder splits in the middle, enabling it to be opened easily, cleaned and re-used. Even more scale deposits are removed from the cylinder base by an induced eddy.

SuperFlush comes as standard in HygroMatik’s resistive humidifiers and as an option in its electrode steam humidifiers. It can be retrofitted to existing steam cylinders.

SuperFlush creates additional turbulence in the steam cylinder, breaking down scale and increasing the amount of scale being drained, thus reducing the need for descaling.

The heavy-duty blow-down pump drains scale deposits to eliminate damage to the system. A pulsing jet of water improves the efficiency of the rinse cycle. A optional rinsing system considerably increases cylinder standing times.
