Ariston Thermo has acquired Atag Verwarming, the Dutch boiler manufacturer represented in the UK by Atag Heating. In 2013, Atag had a turnover of €53 million and earnings of €8.4 million before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation. Atag is strongly focused on innovation with a highly specialised R&D team and products characterised by advanced technology and high efficiency.

More refrigerant bans possible, says government
