This 314-bed student-accommodation scheme in Cardiff is one of several such projects wins for ISG totalling £13 million There are also contract wins in Edinburgh and Plymouth.

The 7-storey building in the centre of Cardiff will replace Windsor House, a large 1970s concrete-frame office block. This high-specification managed student accommodation will include self-contained studios and ‘twodios’ with two students sharing kitchen facilities. At ground level, there will be a range of communal facilities — including a cinema, private student lounge, games room and gym.

Components manufactured off site will include preformed bathroom pods.
